Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During site wide sales our shipping time is 5 - 7 business days. When your parcel is sent out we will send tracking information to the email address provided. Please take special note if your order has a pre-order item in it, we can only shop the order once we receive the pre-order from our production team. If you purchase an item marked as pre-order, kindly refer to the shipping date indicated above the pre-order button on the product page.

Please note once your order has been placed online, we are unable to make amendments to product, customer, or delivery details. Alternatively, if you have any queries about placing an order or an order you have received, please contact us at info@thekindnessclub.co.za.

Our standard shipping is 3-5 business days with a standard fee of R100.
