Our Returns Policy

We want your experience to be filled with joy when you shop with us. We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Request for return or exchange should be initiated within 14 days of the item's delivery.

  • The return itself should be completed within 14 days of the return or exchange request.

  • The item should be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition, with attached tags, and in its original state, ready for resale. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, laundered, or damaged by the customer.

  • All items will be subjected to a thorough inspection upon receipt and will be processed only if they meet our return standards. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, we may need to return it to you.

  • It is the responsibility of our customers to return the item using a reliable and trackable delivery method. If the return is lost in transit, we cannot process the refund.

How to Initiate Your Return

Kindly send an email to info@thekindnessclub.co.za to notify us of your intention to return your purchase, and provide a brief description, including details regarding sizing and fit. We highly value your feedback.

Please package your item with all the original tags and packaging, include your name, and send it to:

We recommend trusted courier services such as Aramex, Courier Guy and Citisprint. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thekindnessclub.co.za.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
